    Main features
    1.Main engine: adopt double-arm structure. The rigidity and strength of the main engine frame are fully guaranteed through mechanical finite element analysis. The transmission system adopts a zero-gap ball screw pair to ensure the accuracy and durability of the test results. The main frame is guided by four lead screw columns to ensure the rigidity of the frame.
    2.Transmission system: Driven by a motor, it is directly transmitted to the ball screw through a synchronous toothed belt, driving the middle beam to move horizontally up and down.
    3.Drive system: drive the system by driver and stepper motor.
    4.Measurement control system: the test force measurement display system is composed of high-precision load sensor, measurement amplifier, A/D conversion, LCD touch screen, etc; The displacement measurement and display system is composed of photoelectric encoder, frequency doubling and shaping circuit, counting circuit, etc; Touch screen display, human-computer dialogue is intuitive and easy to operate.
    5.It has the function of judging whether the target force value of the spring is qualified or not. Before the test, input the upper and lower error range of the target force value.
