Product Introduction
The spring salt spray fatigue testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements stipulated in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Spring Testing Machines" and GB/T10125-1997 "Technical Conditions for Salt Spray Testing in Artificial Atmosphere Corrosion Tests".
This machine is mainly used for conducting fatigue tests on various spiral springs. It can also be equipped with special fixtures to accommodate special salt spray fatigue tests for samples. The entire machine features a reasonable structure, simplicity, reliability, accurate adjustment of test space and test stroke, convenient operation, easy maintenance and repair, and convenient clamping of test pieces. It also allows for adjustment of the spring amplitude and frequency according to the technical requirements of the springs.
The tested spring is installed between two fixtures with adjustable space, and the amplitude is manually adjusted for the salt spray fatigue performance test of the spring. The test machine is controlled by PLC touch screen operation, displaying real-time fatigue test frequency, amplitude, test times, salt spray parameters and test data storage, etc.
