TH3 Series Rockwell Hardness Tester General Troubleshooting.
1. No display after power on.
Check and confirm that the power switch of the Rockwell hardness tester is turned on, the voltage selection switch on the back panel is selected correctly, the power fuse is intact and installed properly, the output plug of the transformer on the inner wall of the back panel is properly connected to the power board, and whether the three fuses on the power board are blown.
2. The LCD display screen is abnormal.
Determine whether the voltage selection switch on the back panel is selected correctly; or remove the upper cover fastening screws, lift the upper cover to confirm that the LCD cable is properly connected.
3. After powering on, you can hear the "booming" sound made when the motor is blocked.
Shut down immediately, open the upper cover (note to unplug the connection between the upper cover and the mainboard first), and make sure that the three-core connection connector with a sheath on the mainboard is properly connected. Turn on the machine again, and still hear the "booming" sound. Observe whether the red indicator light on the proximity switch near the motor is on. If it does not light up, turn off the machine, loosen the fixing bolts of the cam and the motor shaft with an Allen wrench, and fix the bolts when the block of the cam is parallel to the proximity switch (the block must be slightly higher than the proximity switch), and finally restore the instrument connection and cover the top cover.
4. The key light does not light up or the key operation fails.
Make sure the keyboard connection cable is connected properly.
