TH30X Series Rockwell Hardness Tester General Troubleshooting
1. There is no display when booting.
Check and confirm that the power switch of the Rockwell hardness tester is turned on, the voltage selection switch on the back panel is selected correctly, the power fuse is intact and installed, the output plug of the transformer on the inner wall of the back panel is well connected with the power board, and whether the three fuses on the power board are blown.
2. The LCD screen is abnormal.
Make sure that the voltage selection switch on the back panel is selected OK; or remove the fastening screws of the upper cover, lift the upper cover to make sure that the LCD cable is well connected.
3. After turning on the machine, you can hear the sound of "booming" when the motor is blocked.
Immediately shut down, open the top cover (take care to unplug the connection between the top cover and the main board first), and make sure that the three-core connector with sheath on the main board is well connected. Turn on the machine again, and still hear the "booming" sound, and observe whether the red indicator light on the proximity switch near the motor is on or not. Turn off the light, turn off the machine, loosen the fixing bolts of the cam and the motor shaft with an inner hexagonal wrench, fix the bolts when the block of the cam is parallel to the proximity switch (the block and block must be slightly higher than the proximity switch), and finally connect the instrument The line is restored, and the top cover is closed.
4. The key light is off or the key operation fails.
Make sure the keyboard connection cable is properly connected.
