The use of flaw detector after leveling the weld seam of hydraulic cylinder
After the hydraulic cylinder weld excess height is leveled, a twin crystal straight probe is used for flaw detection. The CS-3-1 comparison test block is used to make the DAC curve (motherline), and the defect equivalent is ≤φ2.

DAC curve is not exclusive to oblique probes, and twin crystal straight probes can also be used.
