Motorized UCI hardness tester TIME5630
The motorized probe is a series product of ultrasonic hardness tester probe. As an optional accessory of TIME5630 ultrasonic hardness tester, it can expand the applicable scenarios and application range of ultrasonic hardness tester.
Application occasions: hardness measurement of thin parts, coatings, and surface hardening layers.

Product Features
1. 3N test force, smaller indentation, close to traceless detection.
2. Fast measurement speed, the fastest output is 2 seconds.
3. Holding time: 1-5s optional.
4. Equipped with a magnetic base, it can automatically adsorb to the magnetic workpiece to avoid errors caused by the probe not being perpendicular to the workpiece during operation.
5. The base is equipped with a rubber pad to protect the surface of the workpiece and avoid bumps and scratches on the workpiece.
6. The entire process of loading, holding and unloading is automatic, avoiding measurement errors caused by hand shaking during operation.
7. Configure a small hole base for measurement in narrow areas.

9. The host automatically recognizes the electric probe, and the probe is plug-and-play.
